Safe tuning campaign car uses Hankook tires

Essen, Germany - Tyre manufacturer Hankook is again the main sponsor of the “TUNE IT! SAFE!†initiative for safe and legal car tuning in 2013, its eighth year of sponsorship.
The campaign is supported by the German Association of Automotive Tuners (VDAT) under the patronage of the German Federal Transport Minister.
The 2013 campaign vehicle, in police car guise, was presented to the public at the Essen Motor Show on Friday 30 November. The car, a Mercedes-Benz A-Class tuned by Brabus, will tour Germany in 2013 to promote the campaign. It is fitted with Hankook Ventus S1 evo2 tires of gauge 235/35 ZR 19 XL.
