ERJ staff report (DS)
Kranj, Slovenia -- Goodyear Dunlop Sava Tires is to reduce its subscribed capital by euro 50 million.. The company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Goodyear
A spokesman for Goodyear said the subscribed capital of the company is currently disproportionally high when compared to the size of the business. After the completion of the subscribed capital decrease, the total capital of the company including capital and legal reserves will amount to over 103 Million EUR and will be sufficient.
Goodyear said the decision will have no impact whatsoever on the company's daily business, the relationships with its creditors and associates, its investments or Goodyear's long-term presence in Slovenia.
