ERJ staff report (DS)
Moscow -- Three all-electric Nissan LEAF cars have completed an unprecedented 12,500 km journey through 10 countries in 42 days. The feat is thought to be the longest journey achieved by these electric vehicles in such a short period of time and was completed on Bridgestone Ecopia EP150 tyres, size 205/55R16 91V.
The cars drove from Amsterdam to Moscow and then to the north cape and back down through Scandinavia to finish in London on 26 July, in time for the opening of the Olympic Games.
