Henan, China - Puyang Lim Chemical New Material Co., said it has started construction of a 5000 tonne/year polyisoprene rubber line.
A report on the CRIA website said the factory has developed a lithium catalyst process which makes high quality polyisoprene suitable for surgical gloves. The company also has a 150 million unit/year glove manufacturing line. There are plans for a second glove line with similar capacity.
