London - Rubber prices moved down overnight. On Tokyo's Tocom Exchange, prices for the six-month contract fell marginally overnight to close at yen 249 ($3.14) on Tuesday 10 July. Shorter-dated prices were also down, fractionally to close around yen 243 on Tuesday. evening.
In Singapore, the January TSR20 contract on SGX was trading level at $2.94; August prices were up slightly, trading around $2.91 in evening trading.
In India, NMCE said July prices rose again by around a rupee to close at Rs 185 ($3.33). August prices were also higher at just over Rs 185.
In China the Shanghai Futures Exchange contract for July closed slightly weaker at Yuan 24.1 ($3.79) per kilo on Tuesday. August prices were marginally lower at yuan 24.12.
