London -- Rubber prices moved up overnight. On Tokyo's Tocom Exchange, prices for the six-month contract moved up 9 yen to yen 335 ($4.18) per kg on 22 February. Shorter-dated prices jumped by 10 yen to close at yen 320 on Wednesday.
In Singapore, the TSR20 contract on SGX was trading up by about 8 cents at $3.86 for July deliveries and up by 6 cents at $3.80 for March deliveries a few minutes before the close on Wednesday.
In India, NMCE said March deliveries closed down slightly at Rs 188 ($3.81).
In China the Shanghai Futures Exchange contract for March moved up marginally to close at Yuan 29.5 ($4.68) per kilo on Wednesday.
