Transense signs truck TPMS deal with Pirelli Brazil

Bicester, UK -- Transense Technologies plc said its wholly owned subsidiary, Translogik Ltd, has received an order for its commercial vehicle tyre inspection tools, and a number of its 'TruckSense' Tyre Pressure Monitoring Systems (TPMS) from Pirelli Brazil. The tools will be used as part of Pirelli's new nationwide commercial tyre inspection system; Pirelli Tyre Check
Marcio Takimoto, Product Manager and Strategic Marketing of Truck Tyres operations in Latin America commented: "The Translogik Tread and Pressure Probe will be a real benefit to our organisation and will be used as part of a company-wide initiative to improve our service offering to our existing clients and enable us to gain new truck and bus fleet customers with our subsequently improved service. Further to extensive trials, the probe has proved to be a real time-saver, helping to collect and wirelessly record real-time tread and pressure readings more quickly and accurately."
