NR prices sink below $4

London -- Rubber prices eased once more overnight, sinking below the yen 300 mark. On Tokyo's Tocom Exchange, prices for the six-month contract fell by a further 8 yen, trading around yen 299 ($3.90) per kg on Tuesday 04 Oct. Shorter-dated prices also fell, to trade just below yen 300..
In Singapore, SGX said RSS3 prices for February delivery also eased, sinking below $4 to trade around $3.96. TSR20 for delivery in February 2012 also fell, by around $0.06 to $3.99.
In India, the NMCE said prices increased by a rupee, with October deliveries priced at Rs 210($4.25).
In China, the Shanghai Futures Exchange saw prices uchanged, with October deliveries trading at Yuan 28.5 ($4.46) per kilo
