Mumbai -- In a brief statement to the Bombay Stock Exchange, JK Tyre & Industries Ltd sait it wil in future submit audited financial results for the entire financial year i.e. 12 months period ended March 31, 2011, instead of submitting unaudited quarterly financial results for the said quarter.
The company said it will reveal the accounts on 24 May, at a directors meeting, wher eit will also declare a dividend.
