Büschfeld / Losheim, Germany -- Following a meeting of the works council at SaarGummi's Büschfeld factory, the deal by Chinese company Chinese Chongqing Light Industry & Textile Holding Group Co. Ltd (CQLT) to rescue the failing group may fall through.
