Flood crisis zones declared in Southern Thailand

Bangkok -- Floods and mudslides in the rubber-growing belt of southern Thailand have led to large areas being declared crisis zones by the government.
IRCo, the International Rubber Consortium Limited, has said, "The following provinces have been declared flood crisis zones - Chumphon, Surat Thani, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Phatthalung, Songkhla, Yala, Pattani, Narathiwat, Ranong, Phangnga, Phuket, Krabi, Trang and Satun." and published images of floods in the region, which have seen heavy rainfall and flooding since 25 March.
