Vienna -- The Semperit Group achieved a new revenue and earnings record in 2010. Total revenue of the Semperit Group rose by 17.2 percent to EUR 689.4 million in the 2010 financial year. On the basis of ongoing good demand for high quality gloves, the Sempermed division increased its revenue by 16.6 percent to EUR 316.4 million.
The cyclically-dependent Semperflex division focusing on hose production clearly profited from the upturn of the global economy, with revenue up 38.1 percent to EUR 145.5 million.
