India publishes November NR statistics

Kerala, India -- The Indian Rubber Board has published the January edition of Rubber Statistical News, which gives data on rubber production and consumption up to November 2010.
The document says, "Natural Rubber (NR) Production in the country during November 2010 decreased to
90,500 tonnes as against the production of 93,500 tonnes during November 2009."
it adds, "Production of Synthetic Rubber (SR) during November'10 increased to 10,084 tonnes from 8,726 tonnes during October'10. The total production of SR during first eight months of the year 2010-11 increased
to 72,141 tonnes compared to 70,351 tonnes during the same period of the previous year."
