Pirelli animation aims to promote premium tyres

Burton-on-Trent, UK - Pirelli UK has launched an animated movie to help consumers identify the false economy of buying budget tyres, and with the aim of increasing sales of premium brands for dealers.
Entitled 'Not Any Tom, Daisy or Harry', the movie, released on 20 Jan, tells the story of two different consumers who buy premium and budget tyres respectively.
Pirelli hopes that this exercise will encourage consumers to recognise the false economy of budget tyres and make smarter purchasing decisions, resulting in increased sales of premium brands, with larger profit margins, for traders.
