Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania -- Mark Hardwick has been named the new chief operating officer of Fenner Dunlop Americas replacing Jim Gann, who is retiring after 23 years with the company.

He'll oversee sales, marketing, customer service, technical development and facility management of the company's conveyor belting products, services, components, diagnostics and project management in North America. Hardwick will report directly to Pan.
Gann will assist Hardwick during his transition and will continue to support Pan with strategic projects on a part time basis.
Hardwick has over 30 years of sales, marketing, customer service, product and service development, and executive management experience in servicing the mining industry. Most recently he was as senior vice president and managing director for North America at P&H Mining Equipment Co., a division of Joy Global Inc.
“Mark's expertise and professionalism will accelerate the progress of integrating our safety, sales, service and technical development resources for building a stronger foundation for implementing innovative business solutions including life cycle management,†according to Pan.
