Brussels -- Bridgestone Europe has announced that it will change some of its top management positions as of 1 Oct., 2010. Among them, Benoit Raulin will transfer from Bridgestone Germany to Bridgestone's European Headquarters in Brussels as Vice President of Finance & Procurement.
In other moves, Yuji Takeuchi, Chairman and formerly Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing and Yasuhiko Tanokashira will both return to positions in Japan. Mitsuhira (Mike) Shimazaki will join the management group of Bridgestone Europe as Senior Vice President Business Operations, in his third assignment to Europe.
Gerry Duffy, currently Vice President Sales & Marketing for Europe will transfer to Bridgestone Germany, where he will take the position of Managing Director, replacing Benoit Raulin.
