Michelin will not return to F1 as sole tyre supplier - reports

Le Castellet, France -- Michelin is reported to have said it will not return to F1 sponsorship as sole tyre supplier, but is seriously considering a return, should there be competing tyre suppliers in the competition.
Michelin also said that it wants tyre rims to be at least 18 inches, to better reflect commercial road-going car tyres.
A series of reports from the Le Castellet race track in France quoted senior Michelin's head of four-wheel competition repeating this message to the motorsport media.
