Delta Rubber teams up with women's group
ERJ staff report (DS)
Washington DC -- Delta Rubber, a custom rubber molder located in Danielson, Connecticut and Plastic Diversity Solutions (PDS), a women-owned thermoplastic, elastomer and rubber custom compounder located in neighboring Dayville, have formed a strategic alliance to provide supplier diversity in the supply of rubber products.
The two companies will jointly market custom rubber components made with custom compounds sourced from Plastic Diversity Solutions to provide diversity content to Women's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) Corporate Members and members of their supply chain domestic and overseas operations. The partnership combines the custom molding and custom compounding capabilities of the two companies leveraging their geographic proximity to rapidly develop custom solutions and contain costs.
The announcement was made at the 2010 Summit and Salute to Women's Business Enterprises (WBE), a Women's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) signature event
