Silicone fibres to replace Spandex?

Lyons, France - BlueStar Silicones has launched a range of silicone elastomer fibres aimed at the underwear and apparel markets.
Initially the LSR (Liquid Silicone Rubber) based products are aimed at the lingerie and the medical and support markets.
The company has launched a range of platinum polyaddition bi-component products, Silbione TCS 7560 and TCS 7561, based on its expertise in LSR technologies and its experience in the medical device field.
