Henstedt-Ulzburg, Gemany -- Marangoni subsidiary, Ellerbrock GmbH is in the process of re-building its compounding unit destroyed by fire last Easter.
By spring 2009 the Marangoni Group's German subsidiary will again be able to manufacture compounds on-site using a new Banbury mixer, specifically designed according to the latest technology in compound preparation. Marangonisaid, "the most recent mixing technology will allow an even better response to the increasing demand for high performance compounds for retreading."
“The new compound system will be an important step forwardsâ€, commented Matthias Leppert, Managing Director of Ellerbrock “as it will allow us to make innovative compounds for tyre retreadingâ€.Â
