DSM Elastomers makes prospectus available
ERJ staff report (DS)
Heerlen, Netherlands -- DSM Elastomers has released its sale prospectus and other documents. The company said it will only release the documents to potential buyers who it considers to be serious, and only after those potential buyers have signed a secrecy agreement.
Two months ago, DSM Elastomers' President, Jan-Paul de Vries told ERJ that the sale documents would include all relevant information on DSM Elastomers' operations and finances , as well as a management plan for the coming years, which includes options over capacity expansions notably in China, or, as a lower-risk plan, expansion of the company's manufacturing capacity in Geleen, Netherlands. At the time, de Vries said DSM is looking for a buyer who will commit to growth and expansion of both the Keltan EPDM business and the Sarlink TPV business in the long term.
