Chemetall announces global price increases

Frankfurt am Main, Germany - Speciality
chemical company Chemetall GmbH is in the process of increasing
prices in the range of 5 to 20 percent or implementing specific
surcharges due to the requirements of its global markets, the company
said 7 July.
Chemetall said the price increases were
necessary due to increased costs for energy, raw materials and
transportation costs.
Chemetall specialises in products and
processes for the chemical treatment of metal surfaces and plastics,
as well as selected fields of fine chemistry such as lithium and
caesium compounds.
