Yokohama "not yet decided" on how to use Indian land
ERJ staff report (DS)
Tokyo -- Yokohama Rubber co. said it has not yet decided how it will to use the land it bought just outside Delhi.
A company spokesman told ERJ, "25 acres is enough to build a factory as one option, however we have not decided yet what kind of facility should be built."
He added that land prices in the area around Delhi are rising quickly and the land purchase is designed to remove future risks of developing some kind of presence in India.
