Dow, ENI to face anti-trust fines -- report

Nov. 24 (Bloomberg) -- Dow Chemical Co, and Eni SpA will be fined by European Union regulators for fixing prices of ingredients in the rubber used in tyres and shoes, according to the Bloomberg newswire.


The news agency said four The European Commission, the EU's Brussels-based antitrust authority, will penalise the two companies and at least three competitors this week for fixing the price of two rubber products, quoting un-named sources in the EU..
