DSM escapes anti-trust charges from European Commission
Heerlen, Netherlands - The DSM group will not face anti-trust charges in Europe relating to the EPDM sector after the European Commission (EC) closed its investigation into alleged violations of the laws.
The verdict by the EC investigation, which started in Dec 2002, follows a similar decision by the US Justice Department in July.
EPDM, a synthetic rubber, is a major product of DSM Elastomers which it markets under the trade name Keltan.
