Imerys reports little change in sales, profits in first six months of 2005

Paris -- Imerys, the industrial minerals group has reported both sales and profits for the first six months of 2005 about 3 percent ahead of a year ago.

The company reported profit from on-going operations for the six months of Euro 219 million (up from Euro 212 million) on sales of Euro 1486 million (Euro 1441 milllion)
