Dow to raise Tyrin chlorinated polyethylene resin prices
Midland, Michigan --Dow Chemical Co. and Dow Chemical Canada Inc. will raise prices of all grades of Tyrin chlorinated polyethylene resins in North America by 8 cents per pound, effective Oct. 15.
Tyrin CPE is used primarily to enhance the flexibility of and improve resistance to ignition, chemicals, low temperatures and weathering in thermoplastics and elastomers.
