BASF to raise prices for high-solids styrene butadiene polymers for tyre uses
Florham Park, New Jersey-BASF Corp. has raised prices in the US and Canada on all its Butonal brand high-solids styrene butadiene polymers-which are used in the carpet, adhesives, construction, foam and tyre industries-by $0.03 per dry pound.
The group said the price rise was needed following continued increases in raw material and energy costs.
