Trelleborg inaugurates new plant in Wuxi

Wuxi, China--Trelleborg Automotive has opened a new plant for the production of antivibration systems and other vehicle components. The Wuxi plant, which has approximately 300 employees, has a total area of nearly 20,000 square meters and has been designed according to high standards with regard to environmental considerations, said Trelleborg.

Trelleborg said the new plant replaces an older Trelleborg plant and doubles production capacity compared with the old plant. The company has recently opened a technical center in Shanghai.
