Brussels--Bridgestone's European advertising and sales promotion
staff are seeking real-life runflat stories from motorists. In a statement on its website, the company says, "We're searching for real-life examples of where Run Flat Tyres have helped save the day. The most interesting or dramatic stories will win a compact digital camera to capture other memorable experiences. So, send us your story and you could turn it into a great prize."
The idea was inspired by a former tyre retail executive, Pat Curran who had personal experience of the benefits of runflats last year.
