Hutchinson factory goes on overtime for Humvee runflats

Trenton New Jersey--Hutchinson Industries is working over time to make runflat tyres for use on military Humvee vehicles on military service in Iraq, according to an Associated Press report.

Gregory Bilhartz, the company's marketing manager, is reported as saying Hutchinson has boosted run-flat production by 30 percent to 40 percent this year to get the job done, and that the company's revenues will hit $75 million in 2004, a sharp increase from the $40 million total in 2003.
