Car sales fall in China for third consecutive month

Despite rising vehicle production, sales of sedan cars in China have fallen for the third consecutive month, but are still running 8 percent ahead of a year ago.

For the first six months of the year, China's car production and car sales were both around 25 percent ahead of the figures from one year earlier.
