Goodyear gets credit extension in Europe
From Rubber & Plastics News
Akron, Ohio-European lenders have approved an amendment to extend until June 4 the deadline for Goodyear Dunlop Tires Europe B.V. to submit audited 2003 financial statements.
The statements, which in the past were completed by the joint venture after Goodyear's financial results were filed in the US, were previously due by 19 May. The agreement means Goodyear will avoid defaults under its principal credit facilities in Europe.
