Cut price Invista to join Koch soon

Wilmington, Delaware-DuPont has accepted a reduced offer of $4200 million for its Invista fibres and intermediates subsidiary, from Koch Industries Inc., the companies announced 8 April. The agreement, which knocks $200 million off the originally agreed selling price, is designed to facilitate closure of the deal by 30 April-two months ahead of plan.
