Robert Keegan, chairman and chief executive officer of The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, has been elected to the board of directors of Sumitomo Rubber Industries Ltd. in Kobe, Japan.
The announcement was made in a statement from Goodyear. Goodyear and SRI operate a number of joint ventures together and the two companies have cross-shareholdings.
