SR containers use RFID chips for pay-per-use model
Trenstar has introduced a reusable aluminium container for shipping synthetic rubber. The container is equipped with a RFID (radio frequency identification device), which can be used to track how often the container is used. Trenstar proposes to offer the containers on a pay-per-use basis as part of an outsourced logistics solution, in conjunction with O-T-D Corp.
