New Ciba additives boss

Basel, Switzerland-Brendan Cummins has taken over as head of Ciba Specialty Chemicals's Plastic Additives Segment, replacing Felix Meyer who is pursuing opportunities outside the company. The business unit includes rubber additives, such as antioxidants, UV stabilisers and bactericides, in its portfolio.
Christoph Biedermann is to take over Cummins' previous role as head of Ciba's Group Service International Coordination and Human Resources and will also be responsible of Strategic Planning, Ciba also announced 30 March. Eric Marohn succeeds Biedermann as global Head of the Swis group's Textile Effects Segment.
