Ceat investing €25m in online tire service company Tyresnmore

Mumbai, India – Ceat Ltd has approved an investment of up to INR2.74 billion (€25 million) in its wholly owned subsidiary Tyresnmore Online Pvt Ltd through a rights issue of equity shares.
The investment will be made through the subscription of 22,447 equity shares, with the allotment expected to be completed by 31 July, the Indian tire maker said in an 8 July stock exchange filing.
The filing did not disclose the purpose of the fresh equity investment or how the proceeds would be used.
New Delhi-based Tyresnmore, is a digital tire distribution and fitting service platform Tyresnmore and sells automotive tires and accessories and provides tire installation, wheel balancing and wheel alignment services.
The subsidiary reported turnover of INR4.33 billion for the financial year ended 31 March 2026, up from INR3.23 billion in FY2024-25 and INR2.56 billion in FY2023-24.
