Alexander Rozman succeeds Matthias Sckuhr, who joins Freudenberg group management board
Weinheim, Germany – Freudenberg Sealing Technologies has appointed Dr Alexander Rozman as chief executive officer, succeeding Dr Matthias Sckuhr, who has joined the Freudenberg Group management board.
The leadership change took effect on 1 July, with Sckuhr taking responsibility for engineering, data and artificial intelligence across the Freudenberg Group.
Rozman most recently served as CEO of Freudenberg Filtration Technologies and has previously held senior roles at Freudenberg Performance Materials and Vibracoustic.
He also led Freudenberg Sealing Technologies' 'industrial services' division between 2015 and 2020.
According to Freudenberg, the leadership transition is intended to ensure continuity in the sealing business' strategic direction while strengthening its position in international markets.
Rozman will be supported by chief financial officer Kerstin Borrs and chief technology officer Gary VanWambeke.
