Hydraulink also provides ‘tailor-made’ hydraulic and pneumatic solutions for customers
Glasgow, UK – Fluiconnecto UK Ltd., part of Manuli Ryco group’s service division, has announced the acquisition of Hydraulink Ltd, a service provider based in Glasgow, Scotland.
Established in 2013, Hydraulink provides “24/7 service on-site mobile hose replacement,” across Scotland, said Fluiconnecto 2 April.
The transaction includes the transfer of the whole business, incorporating Hydraulink Ltd’s customer base and operating assets.
In addition to the mobile service, Hydraulink has been operating a trade counter in Glasgow, which will continue offering hydraulic and pneumatic solutions tailor-made for clients, said Fluiconnceto.
Among others, Hydraulink services cover supply of pumps, hose assemblies, servicing to breakdowns, technical advice, and oil filtration.
The acquisition will enhance the retail position of Fluiconnecto, which claims a ‘leading position’ in Europe’s hydraulics hoses and services.
