NR futures have declined across major Far East exchanges, “on long liquidation as the recent rally faded,” according to Japan Exchange Group . Over the week ended 20 March, prices “broke through short-term technical support levels, triggering selling pressure,” said JPX 23 March. Sentiment has since weakened amid “growing concern that the war in the Middle East and persistently high energy prices could push the global economy toward a recession.”
