Enviro reorganisation application gains court approval

Gothenburg, Sweden – Scandinavian Enviro Systems AB (Enviro) gained approval application for company reorganisation from Gothenburg District Court, the company has announced.

Discussions with suppliers and customers to ensure continued operations are ongoing, said the 26 Feb release, noting that company reorganisations are granted for three months at a time.

According to Enviro’s statement, the company “will return with a plan outlining how it intends to change the business as part of the reorganisation.”

Johan Sölveland of Ackordscentralen has been appointed as reorganisation administrator for the Swedish tire pyrolysis.
