In the Butyl Rubber segment, Weber & Schaer will showcase solutions from Chambroad Sinopoly.

These Rubbers meet current regulatory requirements, offer excellent compatibility with a wide range of elastomers and enable stable processing properties.

Especially for tire applications where performance and consistency are crucial, Sinopoly’s Chlorobutyl and Bromobutyl Rubbers are an attractive choice.

Quechen Silicone Chemical - Precipitated silica from rice husk ash           

A special highlight of the exhibition appearance is precipitated Silica derived from rice husk ash—an environmentally friendly and functional filler alternative to conventional silica.

Due to its equivalency to conventional silica, it offers interesting properties for tire compounds, particularly regarding abrasion, rolling resistance and environmental footprint. Weber & Schaer demonstrates how this renewable raw material can support the industry’s transition toward more sustainable tire- and rubber production.
