With more than 180 years of experience, Weber & Schaer is one of Europe’s leading distributors of raw materials for the rubber, plastics and adhesives industries.
The company stands for reliable supply chains, technical expertise and an international network of qualified producers. From carbon black and vulcanization chemicals to modern sustainable alternatives.
Natural Rubber and Latex
Since decades, Weber & Schaer is one of the leading importers of Natural- Rubber and Latex into Europe. From this year on, Weber & Schaer is strengthening its presence with an own subsidiary in the US.
Once again setting clear priorities: Short delivery times and sustainable raw Materials with FSC and PEFC certification where needed and EUDR-compliant when required.
On the company’s exhibition stand you can learn how Natural Rubber works in the tire- and rubber industry — efficient and natural.
Himadri – High-quality carbon black for premium applications
A key highlight is the presence of the renowned manufacturer Himadri from India.
As one of the world’s leading producers of Carbon Black, Himadri will present high-quality grades particularly suited for demanding applications.
High purity, optimal reinforcement and excellent processing properties characterize these products.
Insoluble Sulfur – High performance
Mucron Insoluble Sulfur for the tire- and rubber industry. Weber & Schaer presents the high-performance insoluble sulfur from our new partner Shikoku Chemicals.
Accelerators from Uhoo / Double Vigour – Reliability in every compound
Another focus is the range of vulcanization accelerators from Uhoo and Double Vigour, which have established themselves as strong sources in the global market for many years.
The products stand out for consistent quality, strong performance and a wide range of applications in different tire compounds.
Actmix – Innovative, dust-free masterbatches
Actmix represents another highlight presented by Weber & Schaer: modern, dust-free masterbatches enabling faster and cleaner production processes.
Actmix products improve dosing accuracy, workplace safety and compound stability—clear advantages.
Chambroad Sinopoly – High-grade (X)Butyl Rubber for demanding applications
In the Butyl Rubber segment, Weber & Schaer will showcase solutions from Chambroad Sinopoly.
These Rubbers meet current regulatory requirements, offer excellent compatibility with a wide range of elastomers and enable stable processing properties.
Especially for tire applications where performance and consistency are crucial, Sinopoly’s Chlorobutyl and Bromobutyl Rubbers are an attractive choice.
Quechen Silicone Chemical - Precipitated silica from rice husk ash
A special highlight of the exhibition appearance is precipitated Silica derived from rice husk ash—an environmentally friendly and functional filler alternative to conventional silica.
Due to its equivalency to conventional silica, it offers interesting properties for tire compounds, particularly regarding abrasion, rolling resistance and environmental footprint. Weber & Schaer demonstrates how this renewable raw material can support the industry’s transition toward more sustainable tire- and rubber production.
