Tire Technology Expo 2026 - Comerio Ercole
14 Feb 2026
Sponsored: Global benchmark in design, manufacturing, installation, commissioning of complete rubber calendering lines, mixing systems
For decades, Comerio Ercole S.p.A. has been the global benchmark in the design, manufacturing, installation, and commissioning of complete rubber calendering lines and rubber mixing systems for the tire industry. From Europe to the Americas, from Asia to the Middle East, the company supports leading tire manufacturers worldwide with fully engineered, turnkey solutions covering the most demanding production requirements.
Rooted in Italian mechanical excellence and backed by over a century of continuous experience in rubber processing technology, Comerio Ercole operates as a true technology partner. Its activities span the entire project lifecycle: process engineering, mechanical and automation design, manufacturing, testing, on-site installation, start-up, and long-term technical support. This integrated approach allows Comerio Ercole to deliver highly customized plants capable of ensuring maximum productivity, process stability, and long-term operational reliability.
As every year, Comerio Ercole will be present at Tire Technology Expo 2026 in Hannover, confirming its long-standing commitment to the tire industry’s most important global event. Visitors are invited to Hall 21, Stand 8006, where the company will showcase an extensive portfolio of breakthrough technologies and future-ready solutions. The stand will once again serve as a key meeting point for tire producers, technical experts, and decision-makers seeking concrete innovations rather than concepts.
Among the highlights on display, ZEUS® represents a revolutionary step forward in calendering technology. This modular, plug-and-play calendering line has been developed specifically for next-generation tire manufacturing, offering extreme flexibility, ultra-fast setup, rapid changeovers, and dramatically reduced installation and commissioning times. ZEUS® enables tire manufacturers to adapt quickly to evolving product mixes while minimizing downtime and risk.
Another major innovation is the new TRIPLE®, the latest evolution of Comerio Ercole’s multi-process calendering concept. TRIPLE® is a fully flexible platform capable of handling rubber sheeting, inner liner, fabric rubberizing, and steel cord calendering within a single architecture, delivering outstanding thickness accuracy, process stability, and operational versatility.
Steel cord calendering efficiency is further enhanced with the updated FASTEEL® system. This patented solution now achieves up to 95% reduction in setup time, introducing a new automatic cord insertion system that operates while the line is running, setting a new benchmark for productivity and operational continuity.
On the downstream side, SUPERCUT® is presented as the ultimate cutting solution for rubberized textile and steel cord, featuring twin cutting technology for superior precision, speed, and reliability. Sustainability and circularity are addressed through LOGOS®, a patented low-temperature compact devulcanization plant, and REWTIRE®, an energy-efficient rework system designed to recover and reprocess non-vulcanized rubber scraps directly inside tire factories.
Comerio Ercole will also introduce new advanced winders, AGV and RGV systems, along with proprietary cassette, bobbin, and reel handling solutions aimed at making production flows safer, faster, and more efficient. Additional innovations include quick roll change systems, new textile cord let-offs, and advanced cord insertion and alignment technologies, all engineered to reduce downtime while increasing process reliability.
Digitalization plays a central role through CELEMETRY®, Comerio Ercole’s ready-to-use telemetry platform, designed to bring real-time intelligence, energy monitoring, and predictive capabilities to both new and existing calendering lines.
During the exhibition, Comerio Ercole will also host an official technical conference focused on AI-driven calendering. The event will present MINERV-AI®, the company’s artificial intelligence solution for knowledge capture and procedure automation, demonstrating how AI, innovative calendering platforms, and automated material handling can be combined into a single, fully integrated manufacturing ecosystem.
Comerio Ercole looks forward to welcoming a wide international audience at Hall 21, Stand 8006, to discuss the future of tire manufacturing technology.
