Pirelli reports ‘record year’ for product tests, ‘cyber tire technology’

P Zero and Cinturato achieve “many successes” in independent tests, while cyber tire picks up four awards
Milan, Italy – Pirelli has reported 2025 as a “record year” for innovation, with awards won in tests and the recognition for its cyber tire technology, by independent bodies and magazines.
New tires from the P Zero, Cinturato, and Scorpion families won 27 podiums over the year, including 15 first places out of 34 comparative tests, said Pirelli 14 Jan.
In particular, Pirelli said, the P Zero and Cinturato, both reached the top of the podium twice while the Cinturato All Season SF3 “continues its cycle of positive results, with 11 victories last year.”
Furthermore, Pirelli cyber tire technology received four recognitions during the year in different countries, including the US, and France.
Pirelli’s cyber tire features hardware and software to collect data from tire sensors and process them through proprietary algorithms to communicate in real time with vehicle electronics.
