Delivery scheduled across FY2026–27 under NATO procurement framework
Melksham, UK – Avon Technologies has secured a new European order worth $20.6 million (€17.5 million) for FM50 respirators and FM61EU filters, to be supplied via the NATO Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA) contract framework.
The order was placed by a European ministry of defence and will be delivered over FY2026 and FY2027, Avon said on 11 Dec.
The FM50 respirator and FM61EU filter are designed to protect military personnel against chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear (CBRN) threats and are compliant with current NATO requirements.
Avon Protection was awarded a 10-year NSPA contract in 2020, under which NATO member states and partner nations can procure FM50 respirators, MP-PAPR systems, ST53 masks, filters and related accessories.
Avon said the latest order supports its financial expectations for FY2026 and beyond, in line with guidance issued alongside its full-year results in November.
