Automotive market uncertainties weigh on pricing of TSR20 block rubber grade, reports traders' association
London - TSR 20 prices held within a narrow band throughout November, continuing the pattern seen in recent months, according to the Rubber Trade Association of Europe (RTAE).
In its November update, the association reported that its data showed pricing fluctuations staying within a band of around 10 €cent/kg throughout the month.
Reviewing demand-side factors, RTAE said the economic outlook for the automotive sector in Europe "continues to be weak, while US and China appear to be healthier."
As for much else, added RTAE, China remains keen to maintain its position as "the export centre for automotive-related goods for the rest of the world."
RTAE is focused on international rubber trading through the European market, with membership open to producers, brokers, dealers, traders and consumers worldwide.
