Madrid, Spain – Zhongce Rubber (ZC Rubber) has unveiled a ‘fleet service strategy’ as the Chinese group targets the fleet segment as a key driver of growth in Europe.
In its 2025 Westlake TBR dealer conference in Madrid last month, ZC Rubber highlighted its long-term vision for the European market, with a particular focus on enhancing fleet services as a key driver of growth.
ZC Rubber said it introduced West Lake-branded tires in Europe in 2014 and in 2024, it delivered more than 300,000 truck and bus radial tires to the region, giving the brand an estimated 2.5% market share.
The Chinese group said its fleet service strategy emphasises on closer technical collaboration with fleets, offering daily on-site technical support and testing opportunities.
A central pillar of the strategy, it said, is the ambition to build “a European-wide service network” to deliver “consistent and reliable support across the continent.”
The conference also featured a presentation from Akos Barcsik, deputy general manager of ZC Rubber Europe, who shared insights on the company’s product innovation and technology.
“In Europe, our priority is to provide fleets with the right tire products backed by technical expertise.” Barcsik said.
