Merger to streamline group structure, reduce costs and simplify corporate governance
Kralupy nad Vltavou, Czech Republic – Synthos has initiated the merger of its Czech subsidiaries Synthos Kralupy as and Synthos PBR sro, according to a 19 Sept statement filed with the Commercial Register in Prague.
The merger aims to streamline the group’s structure, reduce costs and simplify corporate governance.
Under the merger plan, Synthos Kralupy as will be the successor company, assuming all assets and liabilities of Synthos PBR sro.
The merger is expected to take effect on 1 Dec following registration in the Commercial Register.
Synthos said the internal reorganisation will not affect existing contracts or business relations, and partners of Synthos PBR will be informed in advance of any administrative changes.
