Two sides agree on “in-depth collaboration” in areas such as R&D and equipment manufacturing
Shanghai, China – German machinery maker Netzsch and Chinese major Mesnac have signed a strategic cooperation agreement to advance technology development and global market expansion.
The agreement was signed 3 June and marks the beginning of “in-depth collaboration” in areas such as R&D and equipment manufacturing, Mesnac announced recently.
According to the partners, the aim is to combine Netzsch’s capabilities in high-end equipment with Mesnac’s expertise in intelligent turnkey solutions.
The companies will focus on “key technology breakthroughs, product optimisation, and global expansion, with the goal to deliver more efficient and intelligent solutions for industrial customers.”
During the meeting, senior executives from both companies said the alliance will enhance their global competitiveness and support mutual growth.
